Well it has been a supercharged few months for Dynamis Adventures, with little space or time to post anything!
We’ve been working alongside St David’s Centre, in Hereford, providing a range of adventurous opportunities for their young people, to encourage character development, resilience and strengthened approaches as they look outwards from school and towards the world of work. Massive thanks to Andy and Mark for their support in this!
We’ve continued to encourage our young folk from Mulberry Foster Care, having just finished a round of indoor rock climbing for each of them. We’ve managed to get outdoors almost every session, even though the dark evenings and cooler weather – it is a huge privilege to work alongside these young people!
The Explorers group has continued to flourish – we have 16 young people who attend, and we’re excited about adding another 12 to that number over the coming weeks. We’ve recently had an outdoor fire bowl session, a Christmas party, a rare January foray into Hereford for bowling and pizza and much more in the pipeline!
And finally, we will soon be in the Cairngorms, delivering a mountain package for a group of young people who want to challenge themselves in the frozen north – brrrrrr!!!
